Sheryl was the first player to be signed in the WNBA when it was created in 1996 and a four-time WNBA champion (1997–2000).
She won three Olympic Gold Medals and is a three-time WNBA MVP and frequently referred to as the "Female Michael Jordan"
In 2011, she was voted in by fans as one of the Top 15 players in WNBA history and is the first women's basketball player to have a Nike shoe named after her: the "Air Swoopes"

Hello everyone!!! I am so thrilled about my new site and all of the wonderful blessings that God has in store for me in 2012.

For those who may be wondering what I am up to these days, let me fill you in a little. I am currently in H-town running my own business.

Yes, you heard correctly, I have a medical supply company in Houston called MVP Medical Supply Company. We are a DME that services people who are in need of medical supplies and equipment. This is definitely a new venture for me, but one that I am thrilled about and looking forward to servicing the community. I am also in the process of putting together some basketball camps for girls that are sure to be both fun and exciting. So stay tuned! Lastly, I am working on my own women’s athletic clothing line that will be available soon! Right now I have a few names in mind that I want to call it, but I would love to hear any suggestions that you think might be H-O-T!!!
